Is Korra safe?
Yes. Korra is a cloud-based platform, meaning you don’t need to download anything to your computer. All your files are stored privately in the cloud and not shared with any third parties. Korra complies with security and privacy standards including ISO, GDPR, SOC2, and CCPA, and is trusted by industry leaders like Applied Materials, Porsche and Munters.
What pricing plans are available?
Start with Korra for free! You can test all features and create your search portal. When you’re ready to publish it on your website, you can upgrade to our Business or Business Plus plan. See our [Pricing Page] for full details.
Account Management
How do I create an account?
- On the homepage, click “Login” at the top right corner of the page.
- Choose Your Login Method: Select one of the available options to sign up:
- Complete the registration process and let’s get started!

How do I upgrade my account?
- Select “Settings” from the left sidebar
- Click “Upgrade” next to your current plan
- Choose your new plan and complete the purchase
How do I delete my account?
- Select “Settings” from the left sidebar
- Click “Delete Account” at the bottom of the page
Managing Your Content
What file types can I upload?
Korra supports uploading documents, presentations, spreadsheets and videos.
File formats:
- DOC, DOCX, PPT, PDF, CSV, MP4, MOV
Need to work with other file types? Contact us here – we’re constantly adding new formats.
How many files can I upload?
Depends on your subscription plan:
- Korra Free – up to 100MB
- Business – up to 5GB
- Business Plus – up to 50GB
- Enterprise – Up to 2TB
How do I upload files from computer?
- Select “Knowledge Manager” from the left sidebar
- Select the folder you want to add files to
- Click “Add Files” and choose “file” or “folder”
- Select your files and click “Open”
Tip: Create a folder with all your files on your computer for faster upload.
How do I upload files from cloud storage?
You can upload files directly from Google Drive or Dropbox:
- Select “Knowledge Manager” from the left sidebar
- Select the folder you want to add files to
- Click “Add Files” from the top right and choose “Google Drive” or “Dropbox”
- Connect Korra to your cloud storage
- Select your files and click “Select”
How do I set up automatic sync with cloud storage?
Connect your cloud storage to Korra to manage your files directly from SharePoint, Google Drive, or Dropbox:
- Select “Knowledge Manager” from the left sidebar
- Click “Network Folder” in the top right
- Choose your cloud service (SharePoint, Google Drive, or Dropbox)
- Select the folders you want to sync
- Click “Connect”
Your selected folders will now automatically sync with Korra – any changes you make in your cloud storage will be reflected in Korra. This includes editing files, adding new ones, or removing files from the connected folders.

Search Portal
How do I test my search portal?
How do I test my search portal?
- Select “Experience Creator” from the left sidebar
- Choose the search portal you want to test
- Click “View Page” in the top right
- Try your search portal by asking questions about your content
Your search results will show exactly where each answer comes from in your documents.
You can also visit your search portal URL directly to test it. Find your portal’s URL under “Link” in the “General” section.
What’s the difference between chatbot and search portal?
Choose between two user experiences:
Search Portal (Google-like):
- Presents answers in a clean search results format
- Ask one question at a time
- Each new query starts fresh
Chatbot (ChatGPT-like):
- Offers a conversational experience
- Allows follow-up questions and discussion
- Best for users who prefer a more interactive approach

How can I design my portal?
- Select “Experience Creator” from the left sidebar
- Choose your search portal
- Click “Design” in the top right

Publishing & Integration
How do I publish my search portal?
When you create a new search portal, Korra automatically generates a unique URL for you. Any changes you save to your portal will be immediately reflected at this URL.
To find your portal’s URL:
- Select “Experience Creator” from the left sidebar
- Choose your search portal
- Find your URL under “Link” in the “General” section
You can publish your search portal in several ways: as a full page, a widget, or SDK. Explore our [Customization Guide] to learn more.
Can users download the original files?
By default, when users ask questions, they can view and download the documents containing their answers. You can manage how your content is presented: add a content library for quick access, create FAQs, or restrict document access. Visit our [Advanced Features Guide] to learn more about content management options.
How do I track usage and analytics?
Select “Analytics” from the left sidebar, where you can find:
- Aggregative Data: How many questions are being asked over time? How do users rate your answers?
- Specific Questions: See each individual question your users are asking. Korra documents every query, helping you understand what information users are seeking.
- User Behavior Insights: Learn how users interact with your portal – their preferred interface (chatbot vs. search portal), content format (video vs. PDF), and search patterns.
