For those of you who missed raising children (or were not children) in the late 2000s, or early 2010s, this is for you: Korra was the lead character in one of Nickelodeon’s most popular animated television series, “The Legend of Korra” which was the sequel to “Avatar: The Last Airbender.” In the series, Korra is depicted as the current incarnation of Raava’s Avatar – the spiritual embodiment of balance and change – responsible for maintaining peace and harmony in the world. She is the immediate reincarnation of Avatar Aang (who was the main character in the original series).
Aang’s mission was to master the four bending arts: water, earth, fire, and air. These four combined would ultimately grant him the powers needed to fulfill his mission to battle and win over the fire nation. On the other hand, as his immediate reincarnation, Korra was already born with these skills and could immediately apply her mastery of the four arts to bring peace and harmony to the world. Additionally, Korra was superior to her predecessor both in her understanding of human interaction and (this might be subjective) was much better looking.
So why did we choose Korra?
In Cognility (our original name), just like Aang, we sought and ultimately succeeded in developing an engine that genuinely connects users to the answers they seek in any format (video, PDF, etc.) and any location. In Korra.ai, just like Korra the Avatar, we have applied our powerful engine to solve the current struggle businesses are experiencing with connecting their customers to relevant content that answers their needs. Furthermore, we wrapped our solution in a sleek, intuitive, and conversational user experience that transforms content search into a positive and rewarding experience. Ultimately driving better business KPIs such as support efficiencies (reduction in open ticket rate and faster first response and resolution time) and improved brand recognition (AKA NPS).
